Shipping info

 

Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends) for your order to ship. During high volume times and Holidays, allow for 5 -10 business days. This is the time it will take for us to get your product ready for shipment.

This does not include shipping transit time. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email, please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update your tracking number. (Normal transit times for USPS is 2-3 days)

If your order is time sensitive, please let us know so we can discuss other shipping options. Damages Please note, Soaps In Love is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
