We stand behind our products, which are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction. Due to the nature of our handcrafted products we can not except returns unless there was an error made on our part.

Please understand that all of our handcrafted artisan soap bars are beautifully unique and will slightly vary in shape, color, and size. Products that contains vanilla notes may discolor over time to a tan or brown color, this is completely normal.
